Online hotel booking for Fragblast 10

Request for New Hotel Room Booking/ View Your Booking Already Requested

If you are a registered delegate for Fragblast 10 and wish to book a hotel room, please put in your "Access key", which you received in the acknowledgement email, and click the 'Submit Access Key' button. If you have already requested us for hotel accommodation, you would be able to view your booking by pasting the Access Key. Online revision is not permitted. Please furnish your 'Access Key' below.

If you have forgotten/misplaced your 'Access Key', please go to the 'Forgot your Access Key?' section below and furnish the same email id as you submitted during the time of initial room booking and you will be sent your Access Key.

Online Payment

To pay for your accommodation online, you will need a VISA or Master Card and your Access Key.Upon pasting the Access Key, you would be taken to the page displaying total charges towards your requested accommodation. You would be required to pay for the entire amount. If you wish to pay now, paste your Access Key here:
 
Please note: Your online payment may fail even if your account has sufficient funds if your card is not protected by a password. Indian Banks require all online credit card transactions to use a "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard Securecode" password, available from the Visa and Mastercard websites. Online payments with corporate credit cards are also likely to be rejected by Indian banks.

Offline Payment

Upon completion of your online hotel booking, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Please print that acknowledgement email and send to us along with one of the payment options below:
  1. Send a Demand Draft favouring "KW Conferences Pvt. Ltd." payable in Delhi to "Mamta Roy,(Event: FB2012), KW Conferences Pvt. Ltd, A-56/12 DLF Phase-I, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana

  2. If you prefer to pay by Credit Card Authorisation (CCA) form or by Bank Transfer, Please write to fb.hotels@kwconferences.com. You may download the below Credit Card Authorisation Form and send us the completed Credit Card Authorisation Form for the requisite amount through fax at +91 124 4102075 or email the scanned copy to: fb.hotels@kwconferences.com
