The last date of Jan 24th 2010 for securing a guaranteed room at the discounted conference rate has been crossed. Nevertheless we will try to arrange a room for you at a reasonable rate depending on availability. View Your Booking Already Requested

If you have already requested us for hotel accommodation, you would be able to view your booking by keying in the Access Key you got in the acknowledgement email. Online revision is not permitted. Please furnish your 'Access Key' below. e.g HO28IWOIS
If you have forgotten/misplaced your 'Access Key', please go to the 'Forgot your Access Key?' section below and furnish the same email id as you submitted during the time of initial room booking and you will be sent your Access Key.

Pay Online

To pay for your accommodation online, you will need a VISA or MasterCard and your Access Key.    AMEX card is not accepted.
An additional amount @ 2.256% will be charged to your credit card as bank charges/ over and above total dues towards your requested hotel accommodation.

Upon pasting the Access Key, you would be taken to the page displaying total charges towards your requested accommodation. You would be required to pay for the entire amount.

Alternately, you can confirm your hotel room by downloading, filling, signing and sending a Credit Card Authorization Form, with copy of Passport Identity pages and both sides of credit card.

Offline Payment
Upon completion of your online hotel booking, you should have received an email acknowledgement. Please print that acknowledgement email and send to us along with one of the payment options below:
  1. Send a Demand Draft favouring "KW Conferences Pvt. Ltd." payable in Delhi to "Laura Gamboa,(proj: ISC2010), KW Conferences Pvt. Ltd, A-56/12 DLF Phase-I, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana
                                                               OR
  2. By downloading the below Credit Card Authorisation Form and sending us the completed Credit Card Authorisation Form for the requisite amount through fax at +91 124 4102075 or emailing the scanned copy to: isc2010hotels@kwconferences.com.
