Request a Hotel Room
You need to have completed registration for the conference before booking your
hotel room. To request a hotel room at one of the official conference hotels,
please provide below your Access Key that was emailed to you after you
registered.
Payment (Accommodation)
Your hotel room is automatically confirmed after you pay. It
is not confirmed till then.
PAY ONLINE:
To Pay for your Accommodation online, you
will need a VISA or MasterCard and your Access Key.
PAY OFFLINE for your Accommodation:
1. you can confirm your hotel room by downloading, filling, signing and sending a Credit Card Authorization Form,
with copy of Passport Identity pages and both sides of credit card through email to solarconhotels@kwconferences.com OR by fax @ +91 124 4102075.
2. Sending a Demand Draft favouring "KW Conferences Pvt Ltd", payable at New Delhi and sent along with acknowledgement email upon your hotel booking (indicating your registration ID number) to:
